Student debt baddies
Post Body

In need of a little bit more motivation/hype I guess. How long did it take y'all to pay off your student debt stripping? Currently most of my stripper money goes toward student loan pay offs and savings. I'm doing the snowball method where you pay off the smaller amounts first. I've paid off several smaller loans within my overall loan already. I'm grateful that stripping has allowed me the ability to do so much progress already compared to just a vanilla job. I'm kind of an inpatient ho and can't wait to pay off this shit so I can utilize the money for other things. I'm now upping how often I go into work from a day to 2 days a week because I'm over owing money lmfao. I would work more at the club but I have a vanilla job outside of it that allows me to pay for other necessities and rent.

Great. Good for you.

I'm focused on investing in retirement first and having a 3 to 6 months of emergency money first. I have that. I'm putting away $600 each month to an IRA investment account.

Then I'm paying off my student loans..

If you have debts over 7% it's worth paying off right away. Most student loans are under that. So I'd invest first. You don't need a lot of money to start. Only $100 is needed. But investment profits take time, even years to see results.
