I have a question I’d love some feedback on. Customers obviously get asked the same thing multiple times a night. Examples: “Hi, how are you? Where are you from? Why are you in town? When did you get here? Ready to have some fun” How do I skip those questions and start conversations without using those lines? How do I learn more about him, how do I build rapport, and what kind of questions and conversations starters can I use and ask without asking him those basic icebreakers he probably hears 10 times a night? Any advice is appreciated, thank you!!!
