first of all i am not even an W9 employee here so this shouldn’t be happening at all. anyway, my manager has recently mandated late fees. everytime i have shown up past like 10pm & he will charge me $ or send me back home saying it isn’t fair to the girls already working. mind you i drive far to this club, but my club closer to me has been dead (i don’t pay a house/late fee there tho) … okay cool.

so why the other day did some girl come @11 or so and he let her dance & get tipped, and paid 0 house or late fees etc. … i still had a good night but she hogged the stage and affected the other girls money.

he only mandates the rules on who he wants to (mainly the only 2 black woman me)… now he is asking me my schedule for this week after i cursed him out saturday abt his unfair rules. should i schedule there this week or try home again? i’m pissed.
