My knees and elbows are crunchy asf and hurt everytime I walk or move or extend it’s been a problem for like a month but idk I’m ab the hustle so I ignore it but I’m tired of hurting 😭 tips? I’ve heard epsom salt baths are good but I don’t have a bathtub 😞

I only drink like once every few months but I will look into that and I’m surprised stretching affects the body that much but thank you!!! This is super helpful

I yeaaaarnn for little relaxation baths one of my goals to get an apartment with a bathtub so I can buy all those cute lil bath salts and stuff but I will def take all these tips into account thank you!!!!super duper helpful, I like adding tumeric to my food but it stains my teeth 🙂↕️ I’ll try looking into the supplements like you suggested thank youu! 🫶🏻
