I know that y’all say not to make friends in the club, but I did y’all. 😭 There’s this girl who started working at my club a few months ago. Started talking to her when she first got there and we quickly realized that we worked well together and we made a lot of money working as dance partners. We aren’t like official dance partners it’s not something that we agreed to but, every time we work together we are constantly hustling together.

At first everything was completely fine, but over these last few months, she has started to become comfortable doing things that is a NO in terms of etiquette. I’ll be talking to a guy one on one, and she will come barge in the conversation completely cut me off and start yapping, and his attention will completely turn to her. She’s took some customers from me doing this before.

There was even an instance where one night I was doing way better than she was . I got in an hour room and did a few 15 minute rooms and she was barely pushing $100. I walk out of the hour room to get my customer a drink while he waits in the room , she sees that I left the room and felt comfortable enough to walk into the room & start talking to him and trying to convince him to add her to the room (Which I wouldn’t have minded but TALK TO ME FIRST?) . He declined, but imagine how that could’ve fucked up my money. I realize that we all have to eat, and there have been many times where I put her onto money. Similarly, she’s done the same for me. It’s like we’ve become friends so she feels comfortable enough to pull shit like this.

Granted, at first, I was very grateful for her, taking me under her wing. She has been doing this a lot longer than I have and I learned a lot from her. Have y’all experienced anything like this? I think I’ve outgrown her at this point
