I feel like I’ve been dancing too much, my body is now toned and like really stiff and firm and I hate it because it doesn’t move the way it used to and also I just really loved how soft and squishy my body felt, maybe I’m not eating enough but I think that much physical activity inevitably just tones u out and shit idk wtf do I do should I start eating in a surplus, I used to be a gym rat and workout a lot but I’d always do it just enough to still keep me squishy idk like my ass is dissapearing and it feels like bones when I sit idk, I already had a teeny butt and I felt like all I had was thighs but now I feel like I’m on the way to have nothing, please no hate just venting and any advice is appreciated, it’s also hard to eat during shifts because I don’t wanna mess up my makeup

personally I’m boycotting Starbucks but this is actually a really good idea, I know the bar sells some and we aren’t allowed to bring anything in but water but the drinks they serve are so sugary that’s something I can do

oh shit this kinda makes sense like the isolated twerk when ur kinda like sitting on ur hips seems like it would be good for a gym booty but I see what you mean i was afraid it would move like a block but i guess thats only if i tense/flex my muscles or like go into positions where it flexes it a bit more

I am very familiar with protein powder, they don’t help me though I have a very fast metabolism and it burns through everything really fast, I also can’t bring protein powder to work because they confiscate it but by the time I get home it’s way past the recommended time to drink it😞I’m gonna try to be more consistent (drink it after every single shift) or maybe increase my intake and drink maybe a scoop and a half? I can’t overdo it tho cuz that also has its dangers but maybe more or more frequently may help

I used to be a gym rat and I built a big one in the gym but it was hard because it was mainly muscle when I’d try to twerk it wouldn’t really work but gravity was funny it would feel like a brick up and down and hurt a little 😭 LMAO I think I was like strictly building muscle tho and not really eating enough to have it retain any fat so maybe I just have to increase my calorie intake maybe?
