Hey, how are y’all? I just started dayshift at a Gentlemans club, and it’s been going really well. I average more than I used to at this urban club I use to work at, and I’ve been getting more money for less work.
My question is , I’ve seen a lot of girls on this Reddit say that in order to be successful during dayshift, you need to create clientele and have regulars. Is this true? Because I just started and I have been doing pretty well without regulars.
Am I just have a new girl luck?
In my opinion yes you need regulars to consistently to do well during Dayshift. It’s one of the reasons I switched to night shift. I found that initially I killed it during Dayshift when I first started. Then when the regulars saw they weren’t going to get any extras they stopped seeing me and started seeing other dancers. The club I work at is notorious for most Dayshift dancers doing extras.
Nightshift for me is a blessing. I’ll still work Dayshift once in a while but in my opinion night shift is more money and you don’t have to deal with customers negotiating and wanting extras nearly as much.
