How can I bring up the hour room without people looking at me like I’m crazy? I sell 15-30min rooms all the time but the hour is such a hard sell for me for some reason. It’s 1k for the hour, I get 800, house gets 200, and it comes with a bottle of champagne. When I pitch it they’re immediately put off 😬

Thank you! This is exactly the kind of advice I was looking for. It makes sense to bring up the price once they’re already sold on the idea of the room
