would like to know where these clubs get these rules and regulations from. Iām in North Florida and had it with a lot of the clubshere. I feel like dancing has become more of a normal job. Iāve been dancing for two years so I donāt know a ton of doās & donts. Iāve been told I need to work on a schedule. I get told that even though I have a kid on the spectrum if I need to leave early it doesnāt matter I will be fired. We have a stage that has two poles yet I get told not to do duo stage sets anymore. we can wear light up butt plugs and G strings with booty hole basically out & No second pair of underwear. Yet I get told that itās āprostitutionā for me to wear a fishnet top without pasties & even if I put dollar bills covering over my nipples, it still canāt be worn. the reason I started dancing was for the freedom. To work days & times that are suitable for me, it was easy to maneuver myself around for my kid & sitter when need me to calm my kid. having a kid on the spectrum you just never know sometimes they just freak out and nothing can calm them downš„²but to be told Iāll be fired if I leave early is crazy. I brought up how itās illegal to charge $60 to leave early when I already pay $20house fee to dance. The dj responded by saying āthatās why weāll just fire youā. Dj yelled at me for going to do a private dance when my set was after 2 other dancers. I get if itās a busy club but we are lucky to see 20 customers a day from 3p-3a. Where can I find the stripper hoe handbook that these businesses are reading. Itās hard to argue and extort my rights when I technically donāt know them all as a dancer.
