When I work the floor I will go up to everyone including the most unlikely folks asking for a tip. I usually ask for two dollars then gradually ask for more right away and do a little twirl. I usually get $4-$6 dollars out of each person and then walk away. My clubs don’t have tip walks so I am inspired by that.
Some people been telling me this is tacky / bold but I can get an extra $50 on a slow night. However I did notice it does turn off some types of customers and doesn’t work at every kind of club. But other nights it sells rooms / dances. I do activate a different hustle for people who look like a VIP type.
What do ya’ll think?
I think you’re skipping a very important part- building rapport. I typically will sit and get to know them even if it’s just for 2-3 minutes. I’ll then be very flirty and suggest we go for a dance. If they say no then I’ll ask for a rejection tip. I’ll tell them aww okay well since I can’t dance for you can you tip my titties. I’ll cup my boobs together and lean close.
I think most customers would be turned off if a dancer is asking for money without providing anything. Even a short conversation can get them more willing to spend/tip.
I definitely would ask them money for saying no every time. It is in my blood.
I do this. This is after they send signals like “i’m just drinking for now”
I wouldn’t say I got it all wrong. I save this floor work technique for people I wouldn’t give this attention too. And not every customer deserves 10 minutes for free with you. I would say unless it is slow sitting for 10-15 minutes for free before a VIP pitch is too long for me. I usually do 5 and then if the connection is not there I ask for a tip - technically it is a rejection tip but I frame it as a mini dance - thus the twirl and titty shake. Usually they give me 5 but sometimes it is a 20, 50, 100. You just never know. I don’t think my technique is a crackhead technique like someone mentioned below. There is like … some conversion there and it is a fun one.
I do sell VIPs a couple a shift typically. I save the floor tip work until after 2-3 minute pitch. I usually do this floor work for big crowds or non-spending rejectors.
I exclusively go to guys who are speaking to girls 😂 /s
