Instead of asking when you’re gonna work next, constantly being tired etc try this:

January : Foundational Month Overall Goals - ♡ build helpful habits surrounding dancing

♡ build stamina for work

♡ create a work routine for your health

♡ fail. Let yourself fail and figure out why

An example of this would be spending week one working your “ideal” schedule and analyzing what goes wrong / what goes correctly.

So if you work four days but notice you struggle with your anxiety and are constantly tired: look at how much caffeine you’re drinking water. What food did you eat and did it make you feel good? What did you do after and before work to help your body?

Fix it in week two.

Spend February implementing more healthy habits and maintaining this. Don’t let me catch y’all procrastinating because you’re scared to fail. Fail and do it anyways.
