"Dancer" Drinks

Hi All!

I've been doing various forms of SW and performing for a while now but I'm planning on starting to do stripping at a local club that serves alcohol (I think all the Philly clubs do right now come to think of it) and where drink expectations from customers are going to be much more of a thing than I've had to consider before.

I also usually don't drink more than 1 to 2 in a night because I've got some medication and health stuff that makes it particularly dangerous to get beyond tipsy: especially when I'm dancing/performing. Also I generally avoid drinking/intoxication while working anyway, just because I like to keep my wits about me.

This leads to my questions: 1. Are there any drinks/mocktails that You've found work well to order that most men won't know/care are dry?

  1. Is it acceptable in most clubs to work out a drink with a bartender that will just not have booze if ordered?

  2. How do you manage customer expectations around drinking/how do you turn down drinks when a mocktail isn't an option?

Thanks in advance!

Yeah, this isn't quite right for me since my medication doubles the strength of every drink and I can get a mean hangover within 15 minutes of a drink starting to wear off.

I really appreciate it though!

I'd probably just do a "light kamikaze" or "light lemon drop" that's just lime/lemon & water based on prior advice for shots. I love citrus so it's no biggie for me to pound those for days ☺️☺️
