kicked off night shift for not sleeping w night shift manager
Post Body

so about a month ago i worked my first night shift. the manager was immediately weird asking me if i was dating another manager, asking me to hang out, saying i can’t tell anyone and constantly texting me. he walked me to my car and hugged me really tight and kissed my forehead and called me cute. he would text me after to hang out and i never replied. after this i take a break due to personal things.

fast forward a month later today, my first day back, he shows up and immediately tells my other manager that i need to get the fuck out and that i can’t work his shifts. he didn’t even tell me directly, and whats crazy is in between the month i met him and today i haven’t worked any shifts!!! i didn’t work all of august, so i haven’t interacted with him in any way. my only two interactions are him being creepy the first night of meeting him, and tonight. my other manager told me that he got in trouble for sleeping around and that it got back to the owners. so i’m pretty sure he thinks i reported him, despite being absent for a month. but i’m the only one who was kicked off his shift with no explanation.

ir sucks because his shifts are thurs - sun 10 pm so i can’t even work weekend nights. i just started dancing 4 months ago and work at a mid tier place. i know the logical answer is to move clubs but i live in vegas and honestly the big clubs intimidate me i hear they’re oversaturated right now.
