Full contact - anyplace within 4 hours of SF?

I used to love the Market Street Cinema in SF back in the day, looking for something similar. All the clubs these days seem to be strictly look-but-don't-touch. If I just want to look at naked girls, I'll watch porn.
I'm not looking for for extras like sex, BJ, or anything like that, but a big ass pressing into my face would make my day! :)
I'm in SF, willing to drive as far as Reno, San Jose, Sonoma/Napa, whatever. The drive to LA or San Diego (for a quick jaunt to TJ) is a bit too far.
