Welcome to what is bound to be another crazy season! We have decided to open a few hours early since a few Santas needed a home. It sounds really cliche, but we really are honoured you chose to come here.

We are committed to keeping your life as Stress Free as possible this holiday season! We understand lots of people may be financially pressed this season. If you feel like you are unable to provide for your kids yourself, then we have lots of wonderful Santa’s waiting on kid’s wishlists and we’d love to see you gifted! This is our 2nd year and we are opening for families in the USA, Canada and UK

Last year we helped 50 families with 129 children between them! 98% of our families posted Chirstmas pictures within the time limit! Those who did not are not welcome here this year.

WE ARE NOW OPEN FOR 2021 REGISTRATIONS AND CONTESTS!

Thank you so much for joining us this year to put some smiles on some little faces. If you were a Santa with us in 2020 and would like a Santa flair say hello down below and one of our lovely mods will get your flair to you ASAP. The flair is TOTALLY optional and is not required to be a Santa with us.

This year we have a dedicated mod to assist the Santas with any questions or how to’s or anything else you might want or need to participate as a Santa on SFX. r/Allthedaquiries has been a Santa for many years across many subs and has kindly decided to join us this year to support others in their giving.

# CONTESTS

PLEASE PUT [CONTEST] IN THE TITLE OF YOUR POST!

Contests are completely down to the Santa running them and our Mods will enforce the restrictions listed within them. We advise that all Santas include that their contest is only open to registered families but it is totally down to you. If a wishlist is required, the requester must create ONE wishlist for all contest items titled “CONTEST”. Mods will monitor all contests and comment on those whose wishlists are approved (ie: show purchased, are not excessive). Santas can also offer directly mailed contest prizes - please make it clear which your prize will be. Modmails and Allthedaquiries inbox are always open if you have any questions about contests or anything else.

Requesters: please do not message any of our Santas as this will result in an immediate ban.

REQUESTING

Welcome to our new and previous requesters - thank you so much for joining us!

You can submit your registration from today until December 10th, and make your one post on r/StressFreeXmas up until December 12th.

In order to qualify you MUST follow the following steps.

• Create a wishlist for your child on Amazon
• One wishlist per child please. Only children aged 18 or under.
• Each wishlist can have up to $100 worth of gift options. No items over $30. ALL items must be prime.
• You MUST add your address to the wishlist.
• Our Santa’s will either comment on your post that they have purchased items, or let us know and we will comment (if they choose to remain anonymous). If you see items have been purchased off your list, but no Santa or mod commented, please contact the mods.

A note about privacy: we are requiring that you submit personal and private information to our mod team. Although I trust our mod team and their handling of private information, you should still be aware we are just normal folks like you. We don’t have any commitment to privacy beyond our own morals not to violate your trust.

To complete the google form you will need:

• A picture of you with all of your children holding a sign that says “Stress Free Christmas”
• a quick video (under 60 seconds) including you and the children you are requesting for and your sign
• an official letter / ID that shows your current address, along with a sign with your reddit username and today's date
• If your reddit account is under 90 days old then we will additionally require a link to an active social media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Active means not set to private and has posts and comments within the past 3 months.

HOW TO REGISTER

Once you have been approved we will send a message confirming this and provide you with an “Approved” or “Approved NEW” flair, then you are able to post your 1 request post.

POSTING

• You may only post ONE request thread with your children’s wishlists. * For your post title please list the number of children and location eg 3 boys USA or 1 girl USA or 2 boys 1 girl CANADA

Within your post please include

• Children's names and ages
• Children's Lists
• (Optional) A picture of the children - we recommend that you use the one included in your registration DO NOT include any stories or history or information

IF YOU POST BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR FLAIR YOUR POST WILL BE REMOVED AND YOUR REGISTRATION REFUSED.

THANK YOU'S

You MUST post a thank you if you receive any gifts. When you receive the items please post a thank you and tag your Santa.

You also must provide photos of your children opening the gifts on Christmas (or holding the gift and smiling - something that lets their Santa see they received the gift).

If you do not post/send thank you’s/pictures by midnight Dec. 27th, 2021, you will be banned. No exceptions.

These gifts are given as Christmas gifts for under the tree - please do not open any early. We understand that some families do not have children on Christmas day (a few of us on the mod team are step / single parents) so please ensure all gifts are opened on your families Christmas day celebration.

Those who have received help on another assistance type sub within the past 60 days will not qualify to post their wishlists.

Approvals are totally at the moderators discretion - by applying we are not guaranteeing approval or gifts.

ALL MODERATOR DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
