Is anyone else facing an issue where the Street Art event does not register the events that say "Obtain 2 SSS Tier Flame/Wind/Thunder Fighters of A Grade or Higher"?

It's just frustrating when I have to continuously worry about clearing this part of the event when I already have all the requirements:

• Fire: C. Viper, Fei Long
• Thunder: M. Ryu, Makoto, Elena
• Wind: B. Zangief, Guile, Chun-Li

Does anyone have any good workarounds? I don't know if promoting B units works (it probably won't), but at the current time, I have 1/2 done for Wind because I just promoted a T. Hawk to A (or at least, this is my belief) - the rest are 0/2.

The same issue popped up in the last Street Art event with Flame Faction, but I think I managed to somehow clear it by promoting my SSS Fei Long to 1.
