Cannot get Elgato Game Capture HD to show in SLObs

To be clear, it is the old HD, not the HD60/Pro. (Image here)
I imported my scenes from OBS since I just started tinkering with it today. So I removed all of that but still don't get an option when I go under adding a Video Capture Device. The drop down is just blank. Anyone have any ideas or run into this before?
Also I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Game Capture software thinking maybe my driver got corrupt. It works through the Elgato software..
