Collab Cam audio not feeding through?

I signed up for ultra so I can have more collab cams, but for some reason, the audio does not come through to streamlabs. I tried it from my own phone.. it selects the appropriate speaker and mic, i see the mic meter moving on the phone, but nothing feeds to streamlabs.
I did check the setting for monitor and output, which should be set right, disable ducking audio is off... can anyone help me or maybe offer some guidance?
