Will streaming with OBS or StreamLabs give me better performance?

I currently use Twitch and it's built in streaming feature. I find that my stream is most steady at 720p/30fps. My PC: i7-8700, 16GB DDR4 2400mhz RAM, GTX 1660 Super 6GB GPU. Will using OBS or StreamLabs allow me to stream at 1080p/30fps or 720p/60fps without dropping or slow frames?
