Best External Capture Cards

I'm looking to upgrade my streaming equipment. Currently I use the Avermedia Live Gamer Portable Plus (not the 4k one). I need to stick with external capture cards for now so I'm wondering what is the best option to upgrade? I stream ps5 so I'd like to do 4k if possible (I know it's pass through), but I'm also streaming Nintendo Switch and other classic systems .
