Music while streaming?

This is obvious to most but I'm not sure what to do, when I'm gaming I usually have spotify playing one of my playlists going in the background. I'm sure I can't use that on stream since it's all dmca stuff, so what can I do to still listen to music while I game?

Thanks this actually helped a lot im gonna look into the two services you said at thr beginning, not super keen to do a subscription right now. I also did not think about being able to stream my music just to me and not the stream, so I have to see how i can do thay by chance!
