New to streaming, need help streaming console games/ streaming in general

I’ve wanted to stream for a while now and I’m actually trying to go through with it but I’m not sure how in certain areas. I downloaded stream labs and obs in my pc, and I wanted to stream me playing either from my Xbox or ps4 since I don’t have many games on pc. I have an Ethernet cord right now in my Xbox, I plugged it into my pc once and it said it had no internet coming from it but it works fine with my Xbox.
