Not sure where to get started.

I want to start streaming but I'm not really sure how or where to get started. I currently have a PC. But I don't think it can stand up to streaming. I'm wondering what the basic specs I'll need are.
I also have a PS4 and a switch. I'd assume the PS4 would be better but also not sure how to get going. Any input would be super appreciated honestly
