How to stream PS4 to twitch WITH face cam

Hello all I’m attempting to stream ps4 games on my Yt and Twitch. I can stream directly from the PS4 to twitch but plugging in my standard USB camera doesn’t seem to be working. I have a capture card I use to stream phone games, but that is a hdmi to usb-c. I’m not even sure which type of cord i would need for the Ps4 but does anyone know the best way to stream ps4 games with facecam ?
