Is it ever worth taking "breaks" from practice?

Post Body

My practice is fairly consistent, basically meditation (shikantaza) anywhere from an hour to a few a day. There's also contemplation and reflection.

However during the past week I have felt kind of...not burnt out, but disclined to formally sit. There's no real cessation of practice, since it's more about being than doing anything. Everything technically is practice.

I guess by break I mean taking a breather to do other things and integrate "practice" into everyday life. I made a post about this a while back that touched on this - how to just be in the flow.
