*spoilers* A horse, a sign, a lack of fee ?

I wasn't sure how to word it and I forgot how to black out for spoilers. When you have your horse and can go to the safari I found out you can go with your horse and not pay. When you enter town off to the side once you get past the loading screen there's this area looks like a place for traders ? There's a sign. You can call your horse or ride to the safari. Though you can't bring animals. When you leave there's a sign there. I'm unsure who knows this but today is the first I've known of it
