Are the Stormcast Eternals weak?

Hey everyone, so I have been playing the dominion box Stormcast Eternals with my friend ( they have been playing sylventh) and I can't help but feel like the Stormcast Eternals lack something cause the Sylventh have gimmicks, healing, and teleporting. Maybe I am just biased cause we are just doing 1000 point games and I am using a box set army. Also I am new to AoS. If anyone could help with figuring out how to play the Stormcast better, I am all ears.
