Seatools not recognizing Ironwolf Pro for Instant Secure Erase.

I have Ironwolf Pro drives that I'm trying to erase and was hoping to use the "Instant Secure Erase" feature on Seatools, which requires a drive that has a PSID. The Ironwolf Pro has this but Seatools says "This operation is not supported by your drive" when I try to use that feature.
I have the drives connected via a Hub on USB and it seemingly recognizes everything else about the drive (although, interestingly, not the SN). Am I doing something wrong?
