After many failed attempts, I'm at 30 days. And I'm done. I've thrown my self into exercising, and managing my time more appropriately between work, family, and fun. Was out with the wife on Saturday night, and I could tell she wanted one. She the kind that can have 1 or 2 and then not have another for months. I told her to go ahead. She said no - absolutely not. She wasn't going to tempt me. I told her it wouldn't temp me. I stood there chatting with her while she smoked one, and it didn't sound remotely good to me.

I'm done. You can do it.
