I plan on working out, having lots of hot tea and snuggles with my sweet little kiddos, healthy crunchy fruit and veggie snacks and anti-inflammatory comfort foods, indulging in sleeping in and maintaining a better skincare routine, maybe a hot bath or two somewhere in there. I have my new multi-vitamins and probiotics ready to go, going to incorporate some hot bone broth, cozy socks and some walks out in the sunshine and fresh air before the weather gets too cold. And a NAP. I always use my kids nap time for a smoke even though I could really use a rest myself. I’d really like to finish a book for the first time in ages.
It’s so nice to give myself permission to do this for myself, I’ve been so ready for so long and I’m taking the leap tomorrow.
What do you do to care for yourself in this journey, especially if you struggle with physical symptoms?
