One Year Today!

Started in my early 20's. Started casually/socially at first, but within a year or 2 I became a regular pack a day smoker.
15 years later and I'm officially one year smoke free!
For any lurkers or people who just recently quit; I'm just a human and so are all the other success stories here. We aren't special and don't have some magic gene or superior abilities.
I did it, others have done it, and if you want to you can quit to.
