Day 4. This isn't so bad.

I smoked for ~25 years. Candy helps, although I now realize I have pretty much bitten off all of fingernails and a good deal of the quick on my fingertips. I haven't cheated yet. The cravings suck but are manageable. This attempt seems easier and my wife has noted that I've been less of an asshole this attempt as well.
