Today is the day I officially began my quit smoking journey once again. I smoked my last cigarette at 6:45, showered and I now have a patch on. I started smoking as a teen, smoked for 7 years. Quit for 3 years, but stress at work found me in a not great mindset and I let it get the best of me. I’ve only been back smoking for around 6 months, but in that short time, my lungs are wheezy, and I just overall would hate myself for going back every time I would smoke. So today is a new day, let’s hope my 2nd quit is even more successful than the first.
