Close to 3 month mark. Urges from last few days

Dad’s been sick and It has been difficult and stressful last few days. I really wanted to light it up in some moments. Only thing that’s stopping me is the thought that its going to make my situation worse than it already is .
Irony is that cigarettes are one of the major reasons he is sick. Damn this witch. I am not going under her spell.
