Hi there, around 4 days since my last cigarette and I've been using nicotine pouches as an alternative (around 2 a day).
I've not suffered with any major cravings thus far which I'm very pleased with in comparison to when I've tried to quit cold turkey. However, as it stands here in the UK, pouches aren't recommended as quitting aids due to a lack of research.
Has anybody had any personal experience? Vaping didn't work so well for me as it gave me a nasty cough, and I've not tried the patches or gum.
Thanks for any advice :)
