Good morning everyone.... just wanted to say that I am ready to quit. Been trying to for like 2 years. Tried the patches the gum , chantix, cold turkey. Didn't work for me.... I recently had a minor surgery and my Dr told my about hypnotherapy. I am meeting for my consultation today... said that by my 2nd appointment I will no longer want another cigarette.... I am hopefully optimistic....
