Been Sick for 3 Weeks Has Zapped My Motivation for Dry January

Like title says, wass really eager to do a Dry January, but I've had strep throat, followed by sinus infection followed by a cold (?) since December 18th. I'm utterly exhausted and drinking just helps with the self soothing and also sleep. But probably not helping me heal.
Got a few dry days in there, but it didn't seem to immediately help my illness, so I felt defeated.
I guess I just need some motivation and encouragement
