Physical changes in sobriety

Aside from the puffiness and weight gain most alcoholics experience in active drinking, did anybody notice major physical changes after getting sober?
For context, I’m a 33/F who drank wine all day, everyday. I know that I noticed my hair thinning towards the end of my drinking, and I can’t tell if that has improved. I’m 11 months in and am just curious if I should continue to expect changes.
