Being left out of social events.

I started a job a few months ago. Been pretty open about my not drinking never said I had a problem just that i don't drink anymore..I had one coworker say " I guess we can never hang out and grab a drink after work then".. I noticed some co workers invite each other for drinks but leave me out. I feel like they don't know how to handle the fact that I don't. It's strange. I suppose I used to think the same of sober people.
