Slowly getting better but would love some early sobriety tips for sleep.
Post Body

I’ve been more and more often waking up with amplified hangovers and so have over the past month and some change been trying to go from someone who drank basically every single day since I was like 19-20 (now 30) and most of those days heavily, to now quitting.

I’ve been having increasing success but the tossing and turning is doing my head in(mostly on work days, just game until I pass out on off days) I just want sleep. I work 12 hour shifts, mostly(almost always) sedentary in nature due to the type of job. Even with walking when I can I toss and turn at night constantly. I don’t have a lot of time between getting home and it being time to sleep. I know you can’t just lifehack this type of stuff but anything that might help I’m willing to try.

I want today to be a restful day 3.
