2 weeks in, how long does physical recovery take on average?

I’ve been drinking on and off for years now I’d say. Just curious how long I can expect a majority of these relatively general symptoms to last. Mainly the anxiety, which I’m currently taking something for long term (buspirone) prescribed after the incident that caused me to stop drinking entirely.
I know this is a pretty general question, but would love and appreciate any input / reflections you guys have after your own experience.
