Dual diagnosis & alcohol

Currently reading the 12 steps & dual diagnosis disorders. I have a therapy appointment Tuesday. I’ve been in and out of therapy but hopefully this one fits. I found her through a mutual contact. I am 6 months sober. I have previously been been diagnosed with ptsd anxiety & alcohol abuse disorder.
