Anyone struggling I just want to say my life has fundamentally changed for the better without alcohol. You can do it. I did it and never thought I could. It's only one hundred days but I couldn't go more than 4 for years. I've never felt this good in my life, sure not everyday is sunshine and lollipops but I know alcohol will only make EVERYTHING worse.

If you are thinking you will never reach 100 days you are wrong. I did it for my son, but also for me. Find what you need to get over that first hump and I promise you it gets easier. IWNDWYT
