I've(f28)had trouble with binge drinking since my collegeyears, and i didnt really stop when I went to work. The last year ot got out of hand, drinking on my own, at home due to boredom; no work because I work as a chef and the restaurant was closed, and nothing to do. The drinking got out of hand, I had no control anymore.

Yesterday I drank two bottles of wine while my bf was sleeping on the couch. He woke up to me, drunk of my ass and slightly hysterical. Had to puke and it qent straight behind the toilet. I've always hidden the drinking but yesterday I finally told him everything. He was really sweet about it, put me to bed and held me, and this morning while I woke up with a massive hangover we talked about it, and about maybe getting some help. It was good to finally tell someone. I hope my future will be better from now on.
