Dry January has ended, now what?

I’m in limbo. It’s a weird feeling, it’s a little overwhelming.
I’ve had a stressful day of work as well. I’m feeling all the emotions right now that would normally drive me to want to drink.
I’m better off sober. I had a great month, and I feel better. But where do I go from here? I’m scared, I’m nervous.
