I'm on day 5 of not getting drunk every other day, and thrilled to bits. It's not much, but pretty decent by my standards to say the least 😊 Yay me!
I feel great, and am loving the clear head, increased energy etc. But.....I'm Pac Man-ing my way through the fridge and cupboards the last few days. Whilst I'm managing to stick to (mostly 😬) healthy stuff, I'm a tad concerned for my waistline. I'm a UK size 12, so not desperate to diet, but still would like to lose a stone.
Please tell me this is temporary and just my body trying to adjust or heal or something?! I don't think it's boredom, as I work, have 2 sons, a pony, and 10 rats to keep me busy/entertained. Plus I occasionally crochet, and am learning guitar. Though I was doing all those things before too I guess, so maybe not feeling a little bit rough all the time means I am a tad bored? Or just not used to feeling so decent all the time? I'm not sure.
