Is it normal to start being hungry after quitting / reducing?
Post Body

I did not drink for 35 days, then had one beer, but now I am back on the sober route. Weirdly enough, for years, I never felt hungry. I could go without eating for a full day. Now, twice already, I felt I think extreme hunger after not eating for say 10 hours. I wonder if it is just because I am not shoving alcohol calories? Is this common? Thanks!
