Saved by chocolate. Went to the shop determined to buy alcohol because im having some trouble with PAWS issues and when I got there even looking at the alcohol section made me feel like I wanted to gag. Like I felt nauseated. I remembered the last days maintenence drinking before my benzo taper and the fight to keep it down. Bought about enough chocolate to feed a family. Cookies, two small cheesecake honeycomb things and random chocolate selection. I know it's a lot but hell, I've been eating so well and lost some weight the last few weeks ive been sober I think one day of food binging is fine. I also got noodles. Crisis averted.
