About two days ago my appetite finally came roaring back and I've had two huge takeaways in that time and I could not give a flying fuck how bad they were for me, the healthy eating starts soon. Now, and this has been probably my biggest relapse trigger in the past. Lovely anhedonia. Not finding joy in the things you KNOW you love is so disheartening. Im aware this can take a while to pass but for lack of a better term, it sucks. Big time. Any stories of people overcoming this or any rough kinda timelines, or friendly advice. And wow 11 days, kinda shocked myself with that one. At least that gives me some kind of joy.
