Well it's been a while since I've made it this far, so im pretty chuffed with that. This is my last day of my valium taper as well so going solo after today. There are two things that are still freaking me out though. Im eating but my appetite is close to non existant, nausea. Can benzos surpress appetite? Also, im tired. Fatigued. I can still get about and do stuff but im definitely feeling quite a little sleepy and brain foggy. Which could be the benzos also, plus myself just needing rest after the torrent of abuse I gave myself with alcohol. The appetite thing is slightly worrying though. Any thoughts, or similar stories at around this stage.
